Process

A completed contact form and a deposit of $185 will secure your spot on our waitlist. LPD will then reach out to you to set up a pre-project consultation to chat about your design. Once the consultation has happened and you are happy to continue the deposit then becomes non-refundable and will be transferred as a design fee when it is your turn in the queue.

We will reach out to you about two weeks before paint touches your lid. This is when we revisit your design and give you an opportunity to update or make minor changes to the design discussed in the pre-project consultation. Based on the design information gathered a digital rendering will be created and presented to you during a design consultation for your approval.

Getting your helmet ordered. If you need to order a new lid please reach out through email.

Lone Palm Design is a proud dealer of Arai, Bell, and Stilo. We can either set up delivery to you to ensure proper fit or delivery directly to the shop.

Please note: we do not accept previously used or painted helmets due to the unique process of helmet painting.

When the time comes to begin painting your custom Lone Palm lid, we require a 50% deposit. You will receive regular progress photos and updates as your design comes together. Once the helmet nears completion, we require the remaining balance of your project. Shipping will then be discussed based destination.
